    Recurisvely install agnostic packages from KRATOS_PATH

    kratos install                              Install from root kratos.json
    kratos search [type]                        List all available packages. Optionally search type.
    kratos store [type] [path]                  Add storage type and path to file
    kratos deploy [type] [module]               Looks for module in specified path and deploys the module to KRATOS_PATH
    kratos bump [type] [module] [version]       Bump a version for a particular module
    kratos dev                                  Dry run from root kratos.json
    kratos help                                 Show help menu
    kratos sync                                 Check versions and display anything out of date
    kratos sync --upgrade                       For any versions out of sync, do an upgrade
    kratos remove [type] [module]               Remove a module
    kratos push [type] [module]                 Push to the external s3 bucket
    kratos pull [type] [module]                 Pull from external s3 bucket
